Bank of America is launching a program that will provide financial assistance to would-be homeowners who need cash for a down payment and closing costs. Programs, rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Recently Bank of America announced a $5 billion Community Homeownership Commitment to help more than 20,000 homebuyers nationwide by addressing the biggest obstacle to homeownership – affording a down payment and closing costs.
